How does RunAway Clothing fit?
Fit depends on the garment. Our Classic Tees have a standard unisex fit, our Boxy Tees are intentionally oversized, and our Box Hoodies are relaxed and oversized. Always follow the fit notes on the individual product page rather than assuming every RunAway piece fits the same way.
Should I size up or down?
For oversized and boxy styles, choose your usual size for the intended relaxed silhouette unless the product page says otherwise. The Lost ≠ Forgotten Black Pullover Hoodie runs small, so we recommend sizing up one for a more relaxed fit.
Are RunAway products made to order?
Many RunAway pieces are produced after your order is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to offer more designs and sizes.
How long does processing take?
Most made-to-order apparel is prepared in approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing can take longer during launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
How long will shipping take?
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. Transit time begins after production is complete.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at justnissi2020@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has started, but we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you need to request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Personalized or final-sale items may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For exchanges, availability can change, so returning an eligible item and placing a new order may be the fastest option.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help make it right.
How should I care for my RunAway garment?
Follow the care label attached to your specific garment. In general, washing cold with similar colors and avoiding excessive heat helps protect both the fabric and printed artwork.
What does “For the One” mean?
RunAway Clothing is built around the story of the lost sheep in Luke 15. The message is simple: being lost does not mean being forgotten. The Shepherd still goes after the one.
